Sep 04, 2026"It seems like there is no need for general consumers to visit. Parking is only for 4 or 5 cars, and the area is filled with the smell of fish. Still, it seems like an important store because it is almost the only wholesale fish market in Sacramento."

Aug 22, 2026"We got some crab legs from Sunh and OMG they turned out to be the best crabs we've had!! It was our anniversary and instead of going out to sit down somewhere and order, we decided to make an activity out of it by buying our own crabs and making our own sauce etc. I am so glad we chose this route cause the crabs we purchased were incredible! They were meaty and fresh. Service was good. Quick and efficient. I wish they had more choices available but it may just be because we got there late or things are not in season. I have the photo of the cooked crab already just to show how great the quality of their product is. On the next time i'll visit, I would really like to try to purchase uni and salmon sashimi."

Aug 09, 2026"When someone told me about this wonderful place, I made sure I went to visit as soon as I was able. I love fresh fish, and especially I was looking for fresh oysters. 6 oysters right now can cost as much as $35. We purchased two dozen, plus a shucking knife, and our bill was $38. We did decide to make them all as Rockefeller Style, and we created a sauce that was delicious. The gentleman who helped us, Leo, so that's exactly how to open them. And since we were newbies at this process, we cheated and put them in the oven for 10 minutes, at 375°, and that helped in the shucking process. After about 2 or 3 we had the technique mastered and they were delicious. Will be back often. Thank you to everyone especially Leo."

Jul 27, 2026"Everyone says “sushi grade” is an arbitrary term that refers more to a freezing point than actual freshness. Having been here multiple times, I think the fish is a cut above everywhere else in Sac (for the price). The first time I shopped at Sunh, I even got a discount for grabbing a whole salmon fillet, so it didn’t break the bank when I was just learning how to make sushi at home. Now this is my go-to any time we have a craving. Def worth the visit."
